LOCATION:From North: Parkway to Exit 36, Make right onto Tilton Ave and follow signs to RT 9. Make left onto Rt 9 N, go 2 blocks Northfield garage on left.

From the South: Parkway North to exit 36, go left on Fire Rd. Go to 1st light make right onto Tilton Ave and follow signs to Rt 9. Make left onto RT 9 N, go 2 blocks, Northfield Garage on Left.

TERMS: CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK OR CASHIER’S CHECK ONLY. All items are sold AS IS –WHERE IS condition. No guarantees and or claims will be made on any item by any Atlantic County, Any municipality or school board participating in this auction or any employees thereof. Nothing can be removed from the Auction without a paid receipt. The auction begins promptly at 10AM; once auction begins no inspection of smaller items will be allowed. Any and all disputes arising at the time of auction will be settled by the Atlantic County Purchasing agent or her approved representative. Items may be deleted or added to the list of items to be sold prior to the sale. The County and the Auction Company reserves the right to reject any bids or bidders in the best interest of the County. All items must be removed from the Auction site on the day of auction or on the following day between the hours of 10AM & 3PM. Any items remaining will be disposed of by the Atlantic County Cooperative.
