LOCATION: Take the NJ Turnpike toward Penn. Extension. NJ Turnpike South becomes I-295 S (crossing into Delaware). Merge onto I-95 S via the exit on the left toward Baltimore. Merge onto De-1 s via exit 4a toward Christiana/Mall Road. Take the US-113 N exit (exit 95) toward SR-10W/S. Dover/US-13/Camden. Turn right onto US-113 N/S Bay Rd N. End at 800 S Bay Rd, Dover, DE 19901.
Terms

REGISTRATION: Bidders will be required at the time of registration to give a $200.00 cash refundable deposit to Auction Liquidation Services, at the State site. All Bidders must be 18 years old and are required to have a valid form of identification.

CONDITION: Unless otherwise provided in the invitation, all property listed therein is offered for sale As Is- Where Is. The State make no warranty, expressed or implied as to quantity, kind, character, quality, weight. Size or description of any the property or its fitness for any use or purpose. No request for adjustment in rice r for rescission of the sale will be considered.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: All payment must be made in full during or immediately following the sale. Cash payments shall be in US Currency; other acceptable forms of payment are Cashier’s Check or Travelers Checks. All of the above checks must be made payable to "Auction Liquidation Services".

REMOVAL: All property must be removed from the premises. The State or Auction Liquidation Services is not responsible for Thefts or damage to the property before or after the auction. Leave property at your own risk. A storage fee of $20.00 per day may be imposed after five work days.
