Everything must be paid in full the day of sale by cash, certified check or Company check with a current Bank Letter of Guarantee made payable to Auction Liquidation Services. Everything is sold “As is-Where is” with no exceptions. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium. Additional terms and conditions may apply and will be announced the day of auction. If the NJ Division of Taxation deems this sale taxable the buyer is responsible to pay the tax.
