TERMS: You must be 18 years old to register and present a valid driver’s license.
Everything must be paid in full the day of auction. Payment must be Cash, Certified Check or approved Company Check with a letter of guarantee from the bank of issue. If you are tax exempt you must present a tax exempt certificate. Everything is sold “as is – where is”. Additional terms and conditions may be announced on the day of sale. There is a 10% on items up to $3,999.99 and 2% on items over $4,000.00. Buyer’s Premium. Removal must be completed by the following Tuesday, April 24, 2007 by 5:00pm, After that day there will be a $25.00 a day , per item storage fee.
