TERMS: You must be 18 years old to register and present a valid driver’s license.
Everything must be paid in full the day of auction. Payment must be Cash, Certified Check or approved Company Check with a letter of guarantee from the bank of issue. If you are tax exempt you must present a tax exempt certificate. Everything is sold “as is – where is”. Additional terms and conditions may be announced on the day of sale. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium. Removal must be completed by the following Monday by 5:00pm.
