Terms

TERMS: You must be 18 years old to register and present a valid driver’s license to register to bid. Everything must be PAID IN FULL THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. Payments must be in CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, WIRE TRANSFER or a BUSINESS CHECK accompanied with a current “Bank Letter of Guarantee” made payable to Auction Liquidation Services. Everything is sold “AS IS – WHERE IS”. There is a Buyer’s Premium of 10% on everything up to $4,999.00 and 5% over $5,000.00.

Note: All vehicles and equipment must be removed by the following Wednesday, 5:00PM or buyer will be charged $50.00 per day, per item. NO EXCEPTIONS.
